  5. Hiding Money or Income Offshore
  6. Inflated Refund Claims
  7. Fake Charities – Groups masquerading as a charitable organization
  8. Filing False Form 1099s or Other Fake Documents to Hide Income
  9. Abusive Tax Shelters
  10. Falsifying Income to Claim Tax Credits
  11. Improper Claims for Fuel Tax Credits
  12. Frivolous Tax Arguments
